Meet your new virtual teammate

We're taking a thoughtful approach to ensure Atlassian Intelligence is a great experience for our customers. We'll start gradually inviting people to try the product off of the waitlist in the next few months. We can't guarantee specific timing for when you'll get access, but we'll keep you updated as we make progress.

An administrator will need to opt-in to enable Atlassian Intelligence for each Atlassian site and/or product managed by your organization.

There will be a mix of free and paid capabilities. All capabilities will be free for early access customers who are granted access from the waitlist until the product general availability is announced.

The virtual agent for Jira Service Management will be included for no extra cost in Premium and Enterprise plans (subject to usage limits).

We apply our Privacy Principles and company values to our Atlassian Intelligence products, just as with everything else we do. We’re passionate about creating meaningful data controls, choices, and notices to foster open collaboration and deeper teamwork.

Atlassian Intelligence is a cloud-only offering, and there are currently no plans to bring Atlassian Intelligence to Data Center. We will continue to investigate the opportunity and share plans if that changes.

Atlassian Intelligence leverages artificial intelligence developed internally and from OpenAI. It uses the Teamwork graph, which is unique to a customer's project or service work, along with internal language models and OpenAI to deliver results specific to the customer's context.
