- you're migrating more than 750 users (we strongly suggest a Solution Partner if you’re migrating over 5,000 users)
- you’re migrating more than 6 Marketplace apps and/or have a large number of customizations
- you're migrating Jira Service Management and/or Bitbucket
- you require site consolidation
